Workflow assessment for service businesses
Find where your business is losing leads, revenue, and time.
You know something in the business is not working as well as it should.
The Revenue & Workflow Assessment identifies where the real friction sits, what it is likely costing the business, and which improvement should come first.
No generic automation pitch. No pressure to replace your current systems. Just a focused review of how the work actually moves through your business.

The visible problem is not always the root problem.
Most business owners feel operational friction before they can clearly name it. Leads sit unanswered. Information gets copied between systems. Employees ask the same questions repeatedly. Client updates go out late. Important tasks depend on one person’s memory. The obvious frustration is often only a symptom of a deeper workflow problem.
Before our call, you complete a focused intake explaining how the process currently works. During the assessment, we trace the workflow from beginning to end and find where time, information, and accountability are being lost.
•
Repetitive work that quietly consumes hours
•
Manual handoffs where information gets delayed or lost
•
Duplicate data entry and copy-paste steps
•
Unclear ownership of tasks and next actions
•
Follow-up that depends on memory
•
Tools that do not communicate with each other
•
Processes that should be standardized before they are automated
•
Practical opportunities to simplify or automate the work
Leave with a decision, not a sales pitch.
You receive a written assessment that explains how the workflow currently operates, where it breaks down, what is causing the problem, and which improvement should come first. The report is written in plain language and is yours to keep whether or not OpsTriage implements the solution.
Where possible, the assessment also estimates what the current friction is costing in staff time, delayed work, missed opportunities, or avoidable admin.
Your assessment includes:
Current-state workflow map · Bottleneck and root-cause findings · Manual handoff and duplication review · Time and revenue leak estimate · Process changes needed before automation · Recommended first fix · Fixed-scope implementation roadmap · Optional implementation quote
How the Workflow Assessment works
01 — Book your assessment
Choose a time and complete payment. Your confirmation includes the link to the pre-assessment intake.
02 — Complete the intake
Set aside approximately 30 minutes to describe the current workflow, the people and tools involved, and where you are experiencing friction. This lets us use the assessment call to investigate the problem instead of spending the entire conversation collecting background information.
03 — Walk through the workflow
During the assessment call, we trace the process together, test assumptions, identify bottlenecks, and separate the visible symptoms from the actual root cause.
04 — Review your findings
You receive your written assessment and meet with me to review the findings, recommended priorities, and practical implementation options. There is no obligation to purchase a build.

Your business information is treated carefully. The assessment focuses on how work moves through the business—not on collecting private customer or client records. You should not provide sensitive information that is unnecessary for understanding the workflow. Any future implementation is scoped around your existing systems, user permissions, security requirements, and data-handling needs.
Stop guessing which problem to fix first.
Get a clear picture of the workflow, the real bottleneck, and the most practical next step.
